Some degree of currency exchange difference may be inevitable when payment is made. Note credit card payments will be converted to TTD but bank transfers are accepted directly in USD, GBP, EUR or TTD.

DISCOUNT: A discount of 15% is available on bookings for no more than 3 people in the villa, except when a special offer of greater value is also applicable.
Payment Policy:
20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance due in full 28 days prior to arrival, 45 days for the Christmas period
Rates include all local taxes and maid services 6 days a week.
We accept MasterCard, & Visa by e-mail or telephone, card holder not present and Lynx cards locally. If you wish to pay by credit card all invoices will be issued in TTD using the conversion rate of the day. We also accept bank transfers in USD, GBP, EUR, and TTD. Please advise us of your choice.
The currency conversions on this page are only an approximate guide to the rental rate because of daily fluctuations.
A starter pack of food and drink can be arranged for guests, paid locally after arrival. We strongly recommend taking out good travel insurance for your vacation.
Cancellation:
Up to 56 days before arrival - US$75
56-29 days before arrival - 1/3rd of total rental
28-8 days before arrival - 2/3rd of total rental
7 days or less - total rental
Accommodation:
Each villa sleeps a maximum of eight persons, including children over 5 years of age. Additional infants under 5 are welcome, but at an extra charge of TT$200 per night.
