Jazz Festival 2009: There is a minimum reservation period of five nights, to include 23rd to 28th April 2009. Rates as per Christmas 2009 above.

Payment Policy:

20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note: Christmas period balances are due 45 days in advance.

Payments can be made by wire transfer or bank draft via Registered Mail. Details will be supplied at the appropriate time.

We suggest you have travel insurance for your vacation.

Cancellation:

50% of your payment will be refunded if cancellations are received up to 48 hours before your arrival.

We regret we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations received later than 48 hours before your arrival.
